| Brass Monkey is hardly what you’d expect of a bar in a mall. It’s not a cheery pub like TGIF or Ruby Tuesday. The music consists of house, hip hop and Bollywood remixes. Illumination is limited to red lights, the back-lit bar, a large projector screen and bursts of green laser beams that flash more frequently as the night progresses. But it’s loud. NS |
